We determine the remuneration structure in consultation with the client depending on the file the latter presents to GECORP.
For counselling projects, GECORP applies a fixed hourly or daily rate. If so desired, it can be coupled to a success fee.
For M&A guidance, GECORP applies a combination of cost compensation and success fee.
