In a guidance process, a counsellor has to bear in mind all parties interested in an organization – the owners, the personnel, the customers and suppliers and the community (all parties that do not have a contractual relation with the company, but can still be influenced by the decisions of the company). This is comprised in the principles of Corporate Governance.
